Today, Glen Cove Elementary was named a 2026 Lone Star Ribbon School by Governor Greg Abbott, recognizing outstanding academic performance and sustained student success.

Out of thousands of public schools across Texas, only 25 were selected—and Glen Cove is proud to be one of them!

This historic recognition makes Glen Cove Elementary the first school in the El Paso region to earn the distinguished Lone Star Ribbon designation.

Our A-rated Glen Cove Stars continue to show what is possible when students, teachers, staff, families, and our community work together.

We are proud to say it: GLEN COVE IS THE BEST SCHOOL IN THE CITY!
